Our goal at Headwaters Baptist Church Is To Reach Individuals and Families – Not Programs.

Pastor Mike Lemmon and Wife

Note From Pastor Mike Lemmon:
“I, as a pastor, and the son of a pastor, have grown to see the needs- in families and in ministry. The Christian life is not about being busy in church and our daily lives. But instead it is about learning of Christ and living our faith through our lives. Why do such a high percentage of of Christian children end up following the world? it is because we are too busy. My wife, Suzanne, and I are striving through the ministry here at Headwaters Baptist, to help individuals build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and then with their families. We strongly believe where it says in Proverbs 22:6, ‘Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.’ Our children are our greatest treasures, outside of our personal salvation. There is no greater accomplishment than to see them live their lives for the Lord.”

Sunday School Smiles

~From Singles to Senior Saints~
We love our older saints here at Headwaters Baptist. Their examples in life are priceless. Own own children look to our seniors as grandparents. Many of the younger children in our assembly call the ladies of the church, “Grandma”. And they are right. The Lord gives us fathers, mothers, sisters, and brothers in the family of God.

Singles walking alone in this life have a special place here as well. We want them to feel they have a church family that helps them meet the needs of their hearts without filling the loneliness with the things of the flesh.

Praise Ye The Lord

~Praise Ye The Lord~
Music has a very special place in our ministry here at Headwaters. Praising the Lord through music and songs pleases Him. The Lord inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). If you want the Lord around, just start praising him.
